Een betere onderlinge communicatie en nieuwe inzichten binnen ons team, is het resultaat van team coaching door Kim Tunderman COACHING.
“Eind 2009 hebben we besloten om aandacht te geven aan de communicatie binnen ons team, omdat ik de indruk had, dat er onderling geen en/of nauwelijks communicatie plaatsvond. Dat was voor mij de reden om iets te doen!

Project ‘Youth Development Programme’, Cairo (Egypt):
As a coach Kim Tunderman was responsible for intensive support of a Time Line Therapy™ Training for over 40 managers in Vodafone Cairo. She assisted participants throughout the exercises. She improved participants’ performances by fully supporting them with the processes and giving them feedback.
